Windows update keeps on screwing with driver updates. Problem is, AMD end the support for 8650G which resides in the APU, which can't be remove. AMD Radeon 8970m keep on having updates and I think it's still supported. I found one Beta Adrenaline driver that works: the 15.11 beta version. It's hard to find in their website now.
If your motherboard has a Intel APU (Processor with built in Integrated Graphics) there is no need to uninstall the Intel Graphics Driver. If you are not sure what you have install in the PC, download the free program SPECCY which will show most Make & Model of hardware and software installed.

You can do these, as long as you keep AMD driver files remain untouched, by doing some catalog optimization to make an inf, then use new certificate to make these inf signed and sealed so it can be used as parser. This is the most painful step making it as WHQL like original drivers.
